From time to time, weather may prevent us from safely performing service.

    • Weekly members: if one visit is missed, your account will be credited so you only pay the same as a bi-weekly visit.

    • Bi-weekly members: your visit will simply move to the next week and the regular schedule will continue.

      You will never be charged extra for missed visits or weather delays.

Poo Force – Private Membership Terms

Welcome to Poo Force. By using our services, you are becoming a member of our private club. Membership is simple: it begins when you place an order or schedule service, and it ends whenever you or we decide to cancel in writing.

All of our work together — scheduling, payments, yard cleanings, and communications — happens in the private domain. We do not operate as a public business.

What Membership Means

  • You are acting as a man or woman in your private capacity when you engage with us.

  • You agree to be responsible for your own property, dogs, and circumstances.

  • All transactions are private exchanges of time and service.

  • You agree to treat our scoopers and staff with kindness and respect.

Privacy & Information

  • The information you share with us (address, phone, email, payment details) is your property.

  • We respect your property, keep it private, and do not sell or share it EVER.

  • You may request a copy of or deletion of your information at any time.

Payments

When you make a payment, you confirm:

“I understand that this transaction is private, between I: a man or woman, and the man: William, and I accept the private membership terms of the club.”

Receipts are provided digitally or in writing, and we keep private records of all transactions.

Conduct

We reserve the right to cancel membership if a member is abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful toward our team.

Dispute Resolution

If any issue arises, we will first seek a peaceful resolution between us. If that fails, any claims may only be handled in a true court of law, between men and women, not in lesser legal venues.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. If you disagree with an update, you may cancel your membership at any time.
